The BOARD OF DIRECTORS are volunteers and are Homeowners of Sunset Vista.
They are not paid for any time spent on the HOA and they do not work for any Property Management Companies. It
is strictly all volunteer work.
In order to be eligible to be on the Board of Directors, you must have your HOA Account current and you must be a primary
homeowner. Any newer Elected Board Member will have a three year term starting May 2008.
